Alhaitham comes back from war to find that the person he was promised to marry was now the wife of someone else. Distraught he rides back to his family home, without hope, unable to find a meaning to his life until he meets someone on the streets.

Kaveh hated him. He was smug, arrogant, and way too smart. Yet somehow he ended up as his roommate, becoming all too familiar with the man he supposedly hated.
