The Sanlibutan Chronicles is my attempt to recreate a fantasy world based and inspired by Philippine History and Mythology. Inspired by the works of J.R.R Tolkien and video games like the Elder Scrolls Series, this is my mythopoeia of local Filipino culture, recreating a new world with its own creation story, historical eras, and lore. This would be a novel like The Silmarillion where it starts with the story of the powerful deity Bathala and the appearance of the Devas and the Asura beings and the creation of the mortal realm, Sansinukob, and the planet Sanlibutan. The mortal races of Diwatas, Engkantos, Duwendes, Beastfolks, and Men, along with other animals and monsters would soon dominate the land. Others are descendants of the Devas (Diwatas, Engkantos, Men) while others are creations of the gods. After the creation story, the story would include several historical eras based on the lore history: The First, Second, Third, and Fourth Eras. This is mostly lore and not a story since this is still a work in progress. More research is still needed especially on our local folklore and the folklore of the indigenous tribes like the Igorots and the Lumads. I have yet to create a map and setting for the story.

Fausta is a naive, innocent damsel, whose parents were trapped unto some unfinished business in the past; casting the warning into oblivion. However, as she transcend into a lady, she, herself will be the prize. Her parents were haunted by a sin to be paid for, and it is Fausta, who will pay for it all. It is a dilemma of coincidence and fate.

To heal him, he must fall asleep with the help of a sleeping potion, but the creature gives him a spell of love by mistake. With a famous Detective dead, Officer Hansel Juno must know the connections between his death, the mysterious killings 10 years ago, and connection of the underworld in all of these matters before both worlds perish. Together with these cases, he must learn what to do with his inevitable feelings towards the creature of the woods.
