After the Twili Invasion ceased, Link and Zelda, and the rest of Hyrule, have moved on from the disastrous events. Link has been living in the castle, as Zelda's appointed Knight, ever since. The night before their wedding is upon them, and Link pays a sneaky visit to Zelda, unaware that things are about to take a nasty turn.

When Sky sacrificed himself for the rest of the heroes they all knew the threat of Demise was far from over.
