Optimus prime lost his memory, (same thing as the episode where he did) But what happens if he didn't find out about him being a prime? Remember Optimus lost his memory's and thinks he is Orion again, that's how it is here to he also may act a little different then in the show.

When Megatron returned, Optimus and his team defeated him and Starscream took charge of the Decepticons. But Optimus is faced with a new mission. Agent Fowler asked him to help the government with a secret they've kept in captivity for years after an experiment gone wrong. A young girl who is half fox, half-human. She has the same hearing and sense of smell as a fox and has a foxes natural instincts. But she is untamed. Agent Fowler believed with Optimus' heart of gold, he can tame her. But will she let him? Months later, a restless Prime sparks a battle of wills with Primus and gets himself kicked out of the Allspark. When he wakes, he finds himself and Megatron revived--with a twist. They don't look like themselves, and the Autobots don't believe Optimus is really Optimus. That leaves them with only one place to turn to, and the Decepticons there are more willing to take in the former Prime than they are Megatron.
