She was never meant to be his. He never wanted to feel anything. Sarah's world crumbles the moment she's sold off like property - forced into marriage with a man as distant as he is dangerous: Khalifa Modibbo, known for his silence, power, and the darkness behind his eyes. He doesn't smile. He doesn't touch her. He doesn't even pretend to care. But beneath his indifference lies a storm - quiet, controlled, and waiting to break. Their marriage begins in silence, with sharp edges and cold walls. No tenderness. No trust. Just two strangers bound by resentment and pride. But love doesn't always arrive with warmth. Sometimes it creeps in through stolen glances, bitter arguments, and the ache of two broken souls trying not to fall. As old wounds resurface and new trials threaten to tear them apart, Sarah and Khalifa must face the truth: They may have been forced together by fate - but what grows between them could either ruin them... or save them. Because the strongest loves aren't always gentle. Some are woven from pride, pain, and every thread they swore they'd never offer anyone.

"You?" She yells. "You feisty cat, look what have you done? You have teeth or cutters?" "And what the hell did you just do? You scared the hell out of me." She announces. "Because that stupid tongue of yours wasn't letting me act humanely towards you so I need to do that." He grabs her hand and drags her along with him, towards his car. "What do you think you are doing? Leave me." "Get inside the car quickly, " he orders. "I won't. What do you want from me?" "Answers. If you think I will let you go without having the answer to why you ignored me then that won't happen. Now get inside," he says in a low voice, completely opposite of me. "And do you think I will go with you? Never." I remove his hand from my wrist and rushes back but he again grabs my arm. "You jerk! I will shout and tell people you are kidnapping me," I try to punch his chest. He chuckles. "You will say your husband is kidnapping you? Wow!" This time, he succeeds in making her sit inside the car. "Tie the seatbelt, girl." "Unlock the car right now," she stressed in every word. "You are so stubborn," he sighs and bends towards me. As soon as he comes closer to me, I drag myself away from him, barely making myself stick to the door. He looks into my face as his hand grabs the seatbelt and pulls it in front of my body. He leans near to my face, his eyes never leaving mine, "but I can't help. I love this stubbornness of yours." 🌺Do read the sequel of Entangled Love "Far Away Love" on my profile. 💮 Featured in newlywrittenbooks' Roses are Red | Romance reading list. 💮 Featured in Rainbow Salt's | Best Ongoing Stories reading list. 💮 Featured in Wattpad General Fiction Finding Love | Romance reading list. 💮 Featured in Wattpad Romance | Featured Books reading list. 💮Featured in Wattpad Community Team | Romance reading list. 💮Featured in Wattpad Romance | Head Over Heels reading list. 💮 Featured in Wattpad free the POC. Mr. Al-Arab and I is a poignant exploration of love's unpredictable nature, the power of reconciliation, and the growth that arises from even the most difficult relationships. It reveals that sometimes, the most challenging bonds can evolve into the deepest connections, and that true love involves not only learning to love another person, but also learning to love oneself. The novel centers on Manal and Bashir, despite a history of constant bickering and stark differences, are thrust together in an arranged marriage. Their relationship begins as a clash of personalities, with every interaction marked by tension and conflict. Initially, their marriage is a compromise-a union forged out of necessity, rather than affection. Bashir, driven by his desire to protect and provide for his daughter whose mother has been taken by the cold hands of death claims deep love for Manal. What starts as a facade gradually evolves into something real. Over time, as they navigate the trials of marriage, Bashir's feelings for Manal grow, and the two begin to discover a deep, unexpected connection. But love does not come easily. The path to happiness is fraught with challenges: cultural expectations, family pressures, differing customs and values, and the personal insecurities they each must confront. As the initial thrill of their union fades, they find themselves facing the complexities of everyday life, and their relationship once again feels like an emotional battleground. In the end, Mr. Al-Arab and I is a journey of personal growth, forgiveness, and the profound realization that sometimes, love emerges where we least expect it-through conflict, vulnerability, and the willingness to evolve together.

Copyright © 2024. A not-so-straightforward love story. The saying "opposites attract" is used to say that people who are very different from each other, in terms of personality or interests are often drawn to each other. The said saying describes two hearts; Khalil Ahmad Sambo and Ameera Bukar Babangida. Khalil Ahmad Sambo, a civil engineer full of optimism, an outgoing individual with a benign aura. He is the man who wears his heart on his sleeve, and his smile is the most visible part. Yet, his standards and values are unwavering when necessary. Ameera Babangida, a reserved, ambivalent, and determined young adult with a pretty normal life, surrounded by loving family and friends and working at a well-known company as an architect, her life is simple. One could say that she rarely, or never even pays attention to anything outside her career and family. Until a trip to Kaduna changed everything in her own little bubble for her.
