Her younger sister, Second Princess of Altea, Alaina, also known as Lana, also managed to escape the destruction of their planet. 10,000 years later, four humans discover the Blue Lion on Earth, and are taken across the universe where they find the Castle, and meet the last Alteans in existence. With the threat of Zarkon and his evil Empire a foot, the four Humans and Alteans join forces to reform the Legendary Defender, Voltron, and defeat the Tyrannical Emperor. Female Altean Lance AU! Voltron is a traveling show and dance group. Lance and Allura are the two, (somewhat flirtatious) head performers. Lance loves making people smile, so he must be happy right? After Lance gets turned down by Allura he begins to question his worth and necessity in the group. Trigger warnings: Eating disorders, calorie counting, anorexia, bulimia, self harm, and Homophobia Severe warnings are at the beginning of the chapter, but these themes are throughout the entire book. Lance's arms were around him quick, pulling him close and lifting him up. Keith saw Lance spin him around but he couldn't feel it. He was numb. He felt like he was watching it happen from someone else's point of view. He saw how deep Lance's eyes were and how wide his smile was. Keith ran his hands through Lance's hair, trying to capture this moment forever. He couldn't stop the laugh that bubbled out of him. He was so happy, and felt so warm and numb. The moment was surreal, just him and Lance. ... Keith and Lance have been "friends" since high school, but everyone sees them more as rivals. Everyone can tell they are hot for each other, but will the two boys suck it up and ask the other out. With the help of shipper Pidge and Hunk maybe Lance and Keith will work things out.
