La salud de Nathalie va de mal en peor a medida que aumentan sus transformaciones en Mayura. Gabriel se promete a si mismo que no volverá a dejar que su asistente se arriesgue de nuevo pero sus promesas caen en saco roto cuando la desesperación por traer de vuelta a Emilie son superiores. Todo cambia cuando después de caer inconsciente en brazos del diseñador, este le dice que haría cualquier cosa por ella, a lo que Nathalie responde con un único deseo: 7 días en los que él será de ella... Gabriel acepta. Con Adrien fuera de casa por un campamento con sus amigos y ellos dos encerrados en una de las grandes habitaciones, los sentimientos entre jefe y empleada empiezan a desarrollarse como tal aunque ambos saben que una vez acabe la semana, todo volverá a la normalidad... O no...
