Jessica Stone is a troubled young girl, and at 18 years old has spent most of her life parenting her younger sister, Katy. Determined to prevent Katy following her footsteps, she writes letters to her explaining life decisions she made when she was younger. Obsessed with perfection, Jess often found herself in difficult decisions, and as a result developed serious anxiety concerns. Yet through all the trouble in her life, and her rapid requirement to grow up, she still managed to find an ounce of love and care for her younger sister. Despite this, she dreamt day in and day out of travelling to Toronto, Canada and becoming someone new, alongside Katy.

This is a compilation of many different short stories - many of which I have written for English over the last few years. It contains a few other short stories I've written over the years. Enter Serenity, or Ren as she prefers to be called. She spent her life growing up in an orphanage, feeling unwanted and a freak. She belonged to a very wealthy family who abandoned her because of her weird trait. Her white hair. They tried everything but the color always changed back to normal after a while. So naturally, their solution was to leave her, the 'embarrassment' of the Veranda family. When she finally met them, at 18 years old, they left her their vacation house as they moved to Europe. That was where she met him, in said house, while looking for a midnight snack. Little did she know, he sensed a kindred spirit in her, and the literal man of her dreams planned to make her his midnight snack.
