This is my AU on how it should have gone when Kai and Bonzal got back from the Nether-Space. the AU I'm using is ENTIRELY for this fanfic. The ninja and there new apprentices could rest, well kinda they were all still worried sick for Kai and Bonzal. They had been gone for over a month and a half now. -small time skip (2 weeks later)- the ninja were having a nice dinner, talking and all the good stuff, when they heard huge winds and when they went out to check what it was they found the... Nether-Space portal?

Okay so, as I was rewriting a one-shot in the 2019 calendar, nothing major changed but some things are different and added. Well, anyway, as I was doing so, I remembered something regarding "A fire's shadow". Matt and Shadow were originally supposed to fall in love with each other. But somehow, I forgot about that until now. And when I did remember I became very frustrated about it because I kinda like it. Which is why I'm doing this. It's the story of season four in "A fire's shadow" but instead of Shadow and Amy being in love, it's Shadow and Matt.
