Amid the Japanese rule in Korea between 1910 and 1945, the Son family is brutally attacked by Japanese soldiers. 8-year-old Son Chaeyoung, the sole survivor, is taken to serve Myoui Haru's family in Osaka, Japan. There, she meets other enslaved Koreans and harbors a deep hatred for the Japanese. However, as the years pass, Chaeyoung develops an unexpected and powerful bond with Mina, Haru's daughter, challenging the terrible circumstances that surround them.

It takes Mina and Chaeyoung about five seconds to fall in love, but it takes them way too long to realize it. This is that way-too-long. or a story in which Mina and Chaeyoung kiss too much and communicate too little

This story is about two girls who were destined by fate to be best friends. Separated by unfortunate events tho. will it make or break them. Only to get reunited in the not so long future... There will be fluffiness and as time goes by... I don't know we might get some smuttiness. I know you've probably read a hundred ff's about Mina and Chaeyoung being best friends but here is another one. I hope you give it a chance as this is my own interpretation and imagination.
