its been 3 years since dream has seen George and now hes out he makes it his mission to find George and apologise for everything he's ever done, but what happens when he stays a tommys house and someone breaks in? Will this be the end of dream or will he make it out alive with his friends? George is now 20 years old, hes a doctor now and hes doing a lot better since he found out what dram was doing 3 years ago. George is in a relationship and when he gets introduced to Tommy's new friend what will happen when he opens up to this new person? Will george regret it or will they become closer?

George has it rough at home and at school, he's constantly picked on in school and when he gets home he's just a punching bag for his shitty father. But what happens when he mysteriously gets a call from a private number, when the person introduces themselves George some what feels safe with them. Dream is a masked killer known as the smiler and he's been killing for years, needs less to say he was very well known and always had police after him. But what happens when he meets George does he continue to kill randomly or does his kills have reason now?

George doesn't lead a good life, with his abusive Dad constantly tormenting, so when he's kidnapped and sold to a attractive rich man maybe it's not the worse thing that could've happened,
