Yakko Wakko and Dot go to the movies. Something very unfortunate happens on their way back home to the water tower. What happens makes Yakko and Dot very worried about the middle child.

It had been three months since the Warners had inherited the royal throne in Warnerstock after Wakko had made his wish. Despite this, the Warners are still adjusting to their new royal life. Meanwhile, Royal Stablemouse Pinky and Prime Minister Brain have plotted a plan to take over the kingdom and the world by tapping into the ecosystem of Warnerstock by constructing a device. However, it goes wrong, causing a foliage to go out of control in Warnerstock. So, the Warners, along with Slappy Squirrel, her nephew Skippy, Minerva Mink, and the Goodfeathers decide to go on a journey after reading a book about a mysterious flower that appeared when their parents made a wish long before Wakko did.

"I was blessed. Blessed with a little sister. A small, kind, considerate, and over all amazing sister. The last chance at being a good sibling. Yet I took that for granted. And now she's gone... Gone."

After receiving nothing but hate mail, Dot Warner becomes pretty sad, believing that the fans hate her. Her brothers, Yakko and Wakko, do their best to cheer her up, but then she starts getting omitted, causing her to become even more sad. Then suddenly, Dot gets kidnapped by evil lookalikes of the Warner siblings and they lock her in a dungeon while feeding into her fears and sadness. While locked up, her evil lookalike takes her place in Burbank and impersonates her while doing terrible things on camera. However, Yakko and Wakko get suspicious of this. Will the Warner brothers save the Warner sister before their show gets taken off the air early?
