Reaper. The name dreaded by all. Humans and Gifted alike. A skilled hunter Reaper uses his gift mastery over shadows to hunt his targets. The only thing holding him back, his ties to a mysterious organization of Gifted. His latest target, a young woman with no idea who or what she is. His goal recruit or kill her. The only problem, she is the Destroyer, and he can't bring himself to harm her. Taking her with him as he flees the deadly organization is a risky move but his only option if he wants to keep her safe. When you have nowhere left to run and nowhere left to hide, can love save you? In this story Reaper is known by three names. The name given to him by the shadows, Sarval. The name given to him by his gift, Shadow. And the name given to him by the warriors who raised him, Reaper. Be warned however, I am creating a fictional world. So none of what takes place here is true. The inspiration, is solely what takes place in the deepest, darkest parts of my mind.

Violet gripped the metal bars, shaking them violently and screaming in frustration. “Let me out!” “Now, now m’lady, don’t you think its time to rest those lovely eyes of yours?” Jack took a step forward, raising his palm towards her. A child’s scream rang out, as she was blasted to the back of the wagon, banging into the hard wall. Darkness clouded her vision, as she fell to the ground, and slipped into unconsciousness. * * * When Violet begins experiencing her telepathic abilities, she goes to visit a close friend for advice.
