When Lyra sets out for adventure, she finds more than she could ever have bargained for. Note: For now this story will remain rated general but time may change the scenes. A warning will be issued when needed.

It's 2057, and the human world has separated into two races: Normals, who are regular-sized humans, and Miniatures, five-inch-tall humans who are sold, kept, and treated as pets by Normals. Miniatures are often abused and horribly mistreated. But when one Normal - Hannah Peterson - finds a stray Miniature on the same day she is given one as a pet, and decides to keep both of them, no one could predict the events that unfold.

When life throws you lemons, make lemonade, and two star-crossed trap stars of the city - one too big to blend in and one too small to not be on watch - find themselves intersecting and doing just that as that juice seeps into and burns through every open wound and cut they have. Life's never easy, but there's no turning back, and you don't have a choice. (Originally written in mid-2015)
