On Hacsten, a small island off the coast of a powerful city state is quite a dull place, and Gerrod has had enough of the mundane lifestyle he's been living there. He goes out to search for something exciting on Hacsten, anything to spice up his life, and to give the place something to be known for. Eventually, he does indeed encounter something interesting, as he find remnants of a past long thought to have been wiped from the island.
