I am the spider that sits down beside her I frightened Miss Muffet away. I am the spider that sits down beside you I think I will kill you today. Lizzy doesn't know what happened to Mercy. But something did, and now something strange is going on. She hasn't decided if she's crazy or not but weird things are really happening. ONE THING SHE KNOWS: she can't believe anything or trust anyone. This is a crossover story. I have tagged it as teen fiction, but older readers should also be able to enjoy it.

This piece has evolved into a bit of spiritual poetry. I dunno where it's gonna take me, but the road seems beautiful, pristine, unhaunted. I want to take it, and to take you with me.

'Robert first saw the ghost girl standing in the churchyard. Her hair was long, her skin was pale and her body glowed, bathing the nearby graves in a cool white light. She was unlike any girl Robert had seen. Her face was unconventionally beautiful. Her features were harsh, her brow proud and her nose crooked - she looked in many ways distinctly unfeminine. Leaning on Josh for support, Nikki's attachment to him grows but so does her suspicion and resentment. Realising that Josh is the cause of her inability to control her deadly weapon Nikki is left with little choice but to leave him. Out on her own, she must confront her darkest fear, not the demons that hunt her but the ones within. Faced with this choice, Nikki must either accept who she is and join those who oppose Josh, or fight that which attempts to consume her and risk the lives of the man she loves and all who stand with him.

He joins her in searching for her missing mother, and Ella discovers that maybe she belongs in the woods more then she ever could have imagined.
