So this is my second fanfic so I hope it's better than the one I made before and it's a little gayer than most fanfics so hope you like it also may contain foul language (I swear a lot)

Winter is finally going to return to his life at Jade Mountain Academy after living in the town of Sanctuary for the last three months. However, a meeting with a mysterious scavenger kick starts a new adventure alongside his best friend/crush, Qibli.

Set in the future after the 15th book, Qibli and Winter are finally settling down together. The war is over, there's no more baddies, just a lot of terrible puns. Then, when they adopt two little hybrid twins, it turns out that the universe isn't done dealing them trouble. Soon enough, the Jade Winglet is facing yet another foe. And it's a gamechanger. After the fallout of Darkstalker's grab for power, Pyrrhia as a whole has taken a collective sigh of relief. The nightwings have finally been able to, more or less, settle within the dense rainforests, and the icewings have gone back to upholding a strained peace treaty. This has left many of Pyrrhia's inhabitants attempting to return to their daily lives, with some searching for new meaning in them. Winter is one such soul who tries to return to the normalcy of his scavenger research. At that same time, Qibli is grappling with the events of the Darkstalker conflict and his new relationship with Moon. One thing leads to another, and Winter is compelled to assist Qibli in a new prophecy being unraveled before their very eyes. It will be a test of character, of friendship, and of love.

After the battle over Jade Mountain things went rather poorly for Winter. Even with the empathy spell, a supposedly dead prince being dragged back to a home he was never supposed to return to raises too many questions and before he knows it he's imprisoned. Now that Winter is free, his life is in pieces and he has to pick up the pieces and find what he really want to do. He has some ideas but he'll need friends.
