E' passato un anno dalla fine del prima anno di Sora a S.h.h., e Sora ha raggiunto molti dei suoi obbiettivi, soprattutto l'obbiettivo più importante per lui: far si che la sua amica, ora ragazza, Gogo, potesse tornare a suonare. Quest'anno però, non tutto andrà per il verso giusto: una lettera riesce a dividere Sora e Gogo, e si scopre che Cursa, l'autrice, è stata costretta a scriverla dai genitori. Sora dovrà cercare un modo per sistemare le cose tra Cursa e i suoi, riavvicinarsi a Gogo e aiutare anche una giovane ragazzina con il desiderio di suonare a un grande concerto.

Sora è un ragazzo di 15 anni che ha appena cambiato scuola. Durante il primo giorno incontra tante nuove persone, compresa una ragazza: SPSS, una cantante. Sora con l'aiuto dei suoi nuovi amici cercherà di scoprire chi sia davvero la ragazza e perché si nasconde dietro a un casco.
