First of all, I had thought that moving to Sweden would give me new opportunities. I thought that it would help me make new friends, and avoid reuniting with old ones. My history back in California wasn't the best, and I had decided to renew my reputation by following my mom's idea of moving to Sweden with her boyfriend and Haley.
