Someone's been going around killing off random people, the murders are much to clean to be done by any random wanna-be serial killer, so a special force of highly trained professionals are assigned to take on the job. In hopes of catching the elusive killer they ask their top agent Dream to assist on the case. The Las Nevadas Mafia and the Syndicate were far from the best of friends. But, through a tangled web of corrupt police chiefs, blackmail, and an unaccounted murder, the new bosses of each group, Quackity and Wilbur, are forced to work together to keep both of their respective mobs out of prison.
