Crybaby is a young woman with empathic powers who is rescued from her world by a mysterious woman named Lilith. Along with her friends, she awakens in a magical world inhabited by fairies, where she must develop her psychic abilities while her friends temporarily disappear into other planes. When her friends return, now transformed, Crybaby and her group resume their search for the original Lilith, entering unknown realms and parallel dimensions. But at every step of the journey they find more questions than answers.
