Yue QingYuan had always been a supporter of Shen Qingqiu's and had always defended him against the others' accusations and threatening arguments in an attempt to bring him down... They don't seem to be uninformed of Shen Qingqiu's full life and tragic story... not even Yue Qingyuan knows who he is. Shen Yuan had a fit after reading "Proud Immortal Demon Way (PIDW)" to his older brothers who came to see him. His brothers showed sympathy for his feelings about the book, despite the fact that they are not ardent readers. He had a tantrum like a kid when one of them suggested making a wish in the hopes of achieving a better ending for the novel than the one he had. He'd missed a step on the way down the stairs and collided with his head on the hard polished hardwood floorboard, knocking him out. In his wildest thoughts, he never imagined waking up in a foreign bed and environment, surrounded by young strangers who were excitedly expecting his arrival. His memory flashed a remembrance and an indication of where he was after a minute or two of being wide awake. He not only went to the book to vent his emotions to his brothers, but it also revealed he himself turned out to be the scum villain's twin brother!

The dreamscape was no longer a foreign place for Shen Qingqiu. He had visited this place more times than he could count, more times than he wanted to. Nevertheless, life had been nothing but peaceful for him in recent years. Once the storm had settled down, he spent most of his days accompanying his beloved husband and disciple as he had promised, often visiting him in the demon realm to stay in the bamboo abode that Luo Binghe had especially prepared for him to reside in. Tonight, too, was supposed to be yet another peaceful night for the two of them. Thus, imagine his surprise when Shen Qingqiu found himself once again trapped in the dreamscape after so long. And this time, the one standing by his side was not the Luo Binghe that he loved, but the genuine one that he feared.

Shen Yuan was heartbroken when his twin brother died of cancer. Initially, he thought he had become crazy due to the pain when a young man in black robes followed him everywhere, calling him "Master" and pleading with him to remember Shen Qingqiu, the most daring pirate of the South Sea. But then, a storm during a sailing adventure rocked his world. Although Shen Yuan roamed the oceans, summoned dragons, saved Atlantis, fought mythical creatures, mingled with a few gods, and solved mysteries, what will this mighty pirate do when he is about to lose everything he holds dear?

AU based on "Python Tale" (Manhwa, could be read without reading it). Shen Yuan is a dragon that inhabits the Bailu Forest. He's been alone ever since he could remember.
