Hello! This is my first time trying to write a story out of comfort one-shots, so please bear with me! I am well aware Ranboo is a minor, there will be no NSFW/SMUT content in this story due to that factor, also just don't sexualize real people period! - 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍. Ranboo and I have known each other for a long time, but how much longer will that last when he breaks to me he's moving away? Part of me has always felt a connection to the brunette with a beaming smile that lit up the darkest of my days as if our souls were aligned, that we were meant to be together. Little did I know, there was so much more to it.

IN WHICH ranboo makes a meaningful wish, and ends up with him falling in love with someone he could never have.

Ranboo gets trapped in an Ikea and has many obstacles in his way. Will he make it out alive?

This is my first story so I don't expect it to be good but I hope you enjoy it. This story is based off the song Home by Sydney Rose. There will be absolutely no violating his boundaries in the story and if someone expected that, get out. I will be using they/them pronouns in this and any future stories. I hope you like it!

There he was again. The same boy from across the street, staring at you like always. He looked like he was in the middle of throwing the trash away. Even after you talked to him he still looked over here like he had to ask permission to speak to you. You glanced over to him, waving hello as well. You could see him stiffen and continue to throw away the bag in his hand. You closed your book, rolling your eyes. You threw it into your room then carefully hopped down from the little roof perch under your window. You fell down on your back, that wasn't as graceful as you were hoping but you quickly brushed yourself off and stood back up. You hurriedly ran across the street to his house. He heard your footsteps from behind and turned around. You rested your hands on your knees, panting. He chuckled. "Uh you good?" You slowly stood up, nodding. "Yeah i'm good." You placed a hand on his shoulder, a smile creeping onto your face. "Meet me at our spot."

"and when i was younger... i knew a boy and a boy.. best friends with eachother... but always wished they were more..." ------------------------------------------------------------------- one day, after being ditched by his friends at lunch, Ranboo is startled by a boy eating his food alone behind the building. after that faithful day, these two teenage boys would be forever thankful of the fact that Ranboo's friends left him out to be idiots on that one day of senior year. finding friends is already hard enough, but falling in love with those friends? it really throws ya off, doesn't it? oh well. let's get this party started, i guess.
