Leonardo, a once-proud and confident mutant turtle, is subjected to an unexpected mutation and struggles to find himself as he comes to terms with the heavy fog of his new form. Even when his new and old instincts constantly clash.

Stuck in a primitive world and in an unfamiliar body, Megatron, the former leader of the Decepticons, adapts to his changes out of necessity and patiently plans how he will conquer the four Clans of the forest. Along the way, he might run into some familiar faces.

Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo unintentionally get caught up in a war between two factions of transforming robotic organisms and are put under Optimus Prime's protection. But what they won't expect is that their presence has already caught Megatron's attention.

(Book #1) Waking up in a new world by unknown causes, and getting taken in by Sun Herd, Leonardo must learn to adapt to his new environment and unfamiliar body quickly while constantly hearing of a famous legend and struggling between his loyalty to the herd that adopted him, and his belief that Star will become a healer instead of a destroyer.

During their stay at April's farmhouse, the Turtles and their two human friends are greeted by a shocking surprise, revealing limited knowledge of its origins, and must decide quickly on what to do with their unique predicament.

Can Knockout and Starscream get along long enough to survive this ordeal? Can Knockout find a way to keep Starscream and himself alive? Can the two mend their disagreements and work together without killing each other?
