In this Deku au, Deku is basically op (bc I can). He basically has all quirks (I'm having a really hard time thinking of a specific quirk and name so I'll just say all). Since his quirk is really tough on his body, his quirk developed late. He was diagnosed as quirkless when he failed to get a quirk by the age of 5.
