Rengoku lives after his fight with The Upper Moon and has fallen into a coma. Tengen is heartbroken to hear what has happened and tries his best to be there to support his "best friend" before succumbing to the realization that he has fallen in love. The Sound Hashira will do anything to make sure to help Rengoku recover from his fight, but also other things that Upper Moon Three has in store for him.
