This is a dadzawa story, which is my first book as well! In this book, Izuku Midoriya is already in UA. UA decided to give the school three month off to spend time with their families during Christmas and New year. Another reason why the break is so long is because UA was tired of seeing their future hero's injured almost everyday. They were kids, they shouldn't suffer! But Midoriya had some other plans. His mother died from a villain attack during her business meeting (she is a pro hero here), he never met his dad because everyone says that the man died. Izuku Midoriya is a young boy who was presumed quirkless. Despite being quirkless the young boy still wanted to be a hero. He used to have a loving family and always had a smile on his face. but that soon changed when his father started to be abusive, at first it was just verbally, but that soon changed when his father started drinking and doing drugs. One fateful day when young Midoriya was the age of eight his father killed his mother the only person he had left. Soon Izuku fell into a depression, but he still always wore a smile, even if it was fake. He knew he should have been happy, he got into his dream school and now has a quirk, so he should be happy right? All of Izuku's classmates have been oblivious to Deku's fake smile, all but one Shinso. Aizawa has also noticed Izuku coming to class late and with bruises, he also starts worrying about this problem child. Can Shinso and Aizawa save Izuku before its too late?
