The country of Amora has been in a never ending war for eighteen years. The country is divided into two sides, the north is darkness and the south is light. Bulkan, the former Shining Dragon, uses the power of the Shining Dragon for evil and is banished by Tsubasa the dragon to the darkness. Lloyd, Bulkans partner, is forced to be on the side of darkness but still holds on to the light. The war has stopped for now until Kakaru Shindo and his friend Takuya Shanto become the new Shining Dragons.
