Derek Hale is the black sheep of the family, always has been. That's why he moved to Seattle. Now he's got a job he loves, a nice apartment with an incredibly hot and endearing neighbor, Stiles Stilinski. One night when Derek's overly large and demanding family shows up early for their yearly visit, they run into Stiles, who is accidentally introduced as Derek's boyfriend.

When Derek gets a call that Stiles has been found unconscious in the woods, he rushes to the hospital only to find the man he loves more than anything doesn't remember who he is. What's worse is it seems to have been an attack, one Derek could have prevented if only he'd listened to Stiles. Started as a one shot that got a bit carried away.

Raised in the hunter life after his father was killed, Stiles hates werewolves. So when he lands a contract to kill the alpha of the pack that killed his father, he's elated. Until he runs into complications. The alpha is smart and strong and playing a game Stiles can't figure out. When secrets are revealed and new enemies made, Stiles must decide for himself what side he's on and who he can trust. Based off a one shot I wrote.

Just those bright red eyes staring back at me. "Derek? I'm serious. I'm gonna be so pissed if you kill me." God, I'm an idiot. The eyes start getting closer so I automatically start backing up. "Please, let's just talk about this... I would really like to keep all my limbs attached to my body here." Bump. There's the wall. I feel my hands out behind me, trying to find a way around it as the eyes get closer. And closer. Until he gets close enough that I can see his face, hear his breathing, and smell his aftershave. He steps right up in front of me, pinning me against the wall with his arms. He looks seriously pissed. And then I didn't anticipate what he said next. "What are you doing to me Stiles" Not my story! Rewrite, Peter offers Stiles the bite, but a werewolf is not what he turned into. This starts right at the last episode of season 1, you know... Derek receives a text from an unknown number. He expected the number to stop texting him after the mishap but it turns out the boy just doesn't stop. Stiles knows he should stop texting Derek but he feels like he can't. He feels compelled too. Soon it just becomes routine. Maybe the accidental texts are the best ones. Derek takes the pack on a vacation weekend to a beach, where they share a house. Derek and Stiles are forced to share a room after Allison and Scott claim one room, and Lydia claims another for her and Jackson. This leads the two towards bonding and more.

This was wrong. Everything about this was wrong. What was wrong with me? I knew that I needed to stop, but yet I couldn't bring myself to do it. Maybe it was his golden brown eyes that shown so bright in the sun. Or maybe his little toothy grin that was always plastered on his face.
