Reed Deming. When the name comes to mind, I only think of pure innocence. Unlike everyone else in my grade, he hadn't been corrupted by the nasty world that lies before him. He knew what was around him of course, he just chose not to act the same as everyone else did. Because of his failure to conform to the norm, he was teased a lot. Reed was called names such as "faggot" and "Saint Reedy" by our classmates. I, on the other hand, was one of the "bad girls" in my grade. I was the girl that no one messed with, unless they were asking for a bloody nose. My name is Katrina Frair, but most people call me Kat. I was in the 11th grade when my entire life spiraled out of control. Not that it was perfect before, actually, it was a literal living hell, but in grade 11, things got bad, and the person that I viewed as an innocent little nobody was the cause.
