Sure, they might be a little angry that he kept it hidden for so long, but after that, it would be okay, right? He could finally confide in them with everything he knew about ghosts, he could help them with their research, without suspicion. He wouldn't have to constantly come up with excuses for why he was so injured after fighting ghosts- maybe they could even help him!
