This is a poem describing the last and most atrocious moments in the battle of Karbala.

In the aftermath of the tragic battle of Karbala, came the night of tenth of Moharram the Shaam e Ghareebaan. That night, the sky was red like blood. It was the hardest night for the family of the Prophet. In the emptiness of the desert, they faced the darkness and loneliness of night. Also on this night, Umme Salamah (S.A) had a dream in which she saw the Prophet (S.A.W.W).

Asalam Aleikum, peace be upon you to all my brothers and sisters. I offer my sincerest condolences to the entire Muslim Ummah for the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Holy Prophet's grandson, Hussain, son of Ali, who was martyred on the 10th day or Ashura, of the first month of the Islamic Calendar, Muharram in a city called Karbala in modern day Iraq over 1400 years ago when he stood up against a tyrant and faced an army of tens of thousands with only 300 men and ultimately, gave the biggest sacrifice. In honour and commemoration of this sacrifice, I have decided to compile this book of Islamic poetry. I humbly present this book to you and pray that these small efforts please Allah the Almighty and the Ahlulbayt (PBUTA). I thank them for everything they have blessed me with.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيم ( In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.) لبيكَ ياحُسين IMAM HUSSAIN ( AS) stood alone , saying 'O ALLAH I have done my duty and exposed your enemies , so that mankind do not remain in dark a what is truth and evil . I have given all the sacrifice and now stand to give my life too.' The name of IMAM HUSSAIN (AS) is enough to bring tears to your eyes & enough to change your soul and the world ! " The world is unable to present an example finer and brighter than the personality of IMAM HUSSAIN (A.S) . He was the embodiment of love , valor and personification of sacrifice and devotion . Every Human , in Particular, must learn a lesson from his life and should seek guidance from him " . In a few days , the story of eternal love will be retold , a story that has been told over and over , for more than a thousands years . And which should be stapled in our hearts , as long as every heart beats . LABBAIK YA HUSSAIN (A.S)
