After their island vacation, Gai and Flare begin a new combat training under Speed's guidance, when suddenly, a peculiar Eevee appears demanding to join them. What are his intentions? Why does he want to become so strong? Why does there seem to be a certain mystery between him and Sunshine? Maybe because I like childhood friend pairings, maybe because Alan and Stella made me like Jolteon/Sylveon pairings, but I think it's pretty cute. Gonna be a bit of a slowburn, though, in terms of both romance and character development. Also, this isn't gonna be a big thing against Speed x Lazuli, I also like Speed x Lazuli (probably because i like tsunderes), but it's just not a focus of this fic. Probably also not going to focus on/ignore any of the Berserker and war stuff since writing action and deep lore is not really my style. Eeveelution Squad is owned by EV-Zero on DeviantArt.
