It is a crossover story between Naruto and One Piece. It has been two years after the fourth war, Naruto is dating Hinata. High rank mission are harder to come by because of the peace between villages. Naruto, Hinata and others have a mission that takes them to the lightning country. Meanwhile the Strawhat crew go to a new island for a new adventure, but they weren't expecting The Elemental Nations. I don't own the cover image.

Nekos are incredibly rare in both the Grand Line and the New World, only being found in either small villages or in hidden cities, unknown to the world. Despite the fact that the neko population is small, many go out to see the world, earning names and bounties. The thing that fuels their confidence and strength is something humans cannot obtain, something that could even make the sweetest neko lose control, a true form where blood is needed and wanted.
