Quickly their friendly hangouts begin to foster a secondary meaning, as both boys start to develop feelings for each other. As Karl and Sapnap grow more and more attached, a shocking discovery takes a toll on one boy's mental health, and this leads to a strained and unpredictable relationship between the two. The two friends gather up a group of five people and headed off to Alexandria, where they meet someone that Ron thought he killed by accident back when the place was overrun. Carl Grimes survived a shot to the head; it fucked up his eye but he's still standing. When he sees the boy who shot him after a few years, he feels nothing but hate. How will that change? How will Ron get Alexandria to accept him after what happened? Carl is still alive, and so is Ron.
