Can a robot designed to be passive, get so damaged it develops violent tendencies? Mephone does his best to appease Cobs, but it seems his best is never enough. Everything he does brings nothing but disappointment. Usually the punishments for his mediocrity are relatively tame. But one day, in a drunk fit of rage, Cobs goes too far. And the result? Mephone finds himself battling overwhelming, violent desires he's never had before. Overtime they only become more and more irresistible. He struggles not to act on them, but he's only so strong.
