The boy who lived gets caught brawling Draco Malfoy, and gets blackmailed by Severus Snape (although could this be to Harry Potter's advantage?). Follow this story, and the strange events which will result from a botched dreamless sleep potion being ingested by none other than Harry Potter himself. After the events at the ministry the end of fifth year, Harry has had enough. The prophecy, abusive relatives, losing Sirius...he is done and in despair. He ends up having a breakdown in Dumbledore's office and Snape steps in, determined to help the broken boy. Together with his godson Draco, they must convince Harry not to give up and in doing so, a family is formed.

Harry runs away the summer before 2nd year. He is missing for many months before Snape tracks him and brings him back to Hogwarts. Having been kicked out of school, the only way he can stay at Hogwarts is to become an apprentice. Snape reluctantly agrees to take him on, but circumstances get complicated and the two end up having to go into hiding, forcing them to get closer and bond as a father & son. This is Severitus-style fic focused on Harry and Snape and a few OCs.

After the war, Harry finds out that Dumbledore had decided how his life would be until his death. He also found some heart shattering facts about his so-called best friends. He decided to go back to the time when he had to stand and say that Voldemort was back. He wanted to fix everything and wanted to live the way he wanted. Read to find out what happens.
