Nico finally gets out of that weird hotel, only for everything to be different. There are a lot more lights, and everyone is staring at this tiny screen, and the weird lawyer lady is watching him now. His dad visits sometimes, but not enough. His sister is growing distant, which makes sense, she had her own life. It still hurt sometimes though. Then things start to change. He meets the Waynes, for one. Gotham is a big scary place, when he's allowed out into it, but they're nice. And their dad is funny. A lot funnier than his dad.(Don't tell Hades he said that. Ms. Alecto keeps saying he'd smite Nico. Nico didn't believe it, but still.) So yeah. Gotham is fine. His life is... nice. Even when the lights flicker because Bianca is yelling at him, then Ms. Alecto gets mad at her for not controlling her emotions. Even when he's allowed to go outside and he sees ghosts. He doesn't tell Ms. Alecto about that, he doesn't want her to get mad at him. Everything is fine. Then these weird people started coming around their house, and Ms. Alecto started telling them to stay out of the house. Where were they supposed to go? Bianca says the library. But Nico kinda wants to visit their neighbors next door. They seem nice. Not weird at all. After going on a little trip to get some supplies for camp Leo winds up in Gotham. Just as Leo finds himself in some trouble, a couple of mysterious people come to his aid. The only problem is they think he is some street rat orphan. This leaves Leo trying to figure out what to do as he is now stuck at an orphanage. Meanwhile, back at camp, his friends are now panicking at his sudden disappearance. I'm not great at descriptions. Basically this is Leo x batfam, cause there is not enough of these. I love Nico x batfam fanfics, but I have always wondered what a Leo x batfam would be like, cause we never really get to dive into his trauma well. Also the three that there are on here are like 4 chapters long. I probably will have slow updates because I don't have a lot of free time, and I'm not that creative despite being an artist.
