They are rescued by a Vulpix named Kath, who doesn't trust these two girls at first. As they prove their trustworthiness and helpfulness, Kath decides to form a rescue team with them called Team Hope. But darkness is coming... Pokémon are acting strangely, and this once-peaceful island may be in danger. With Christina and Mabel confused as to how they're even on this island, can they save the Pokémon, and find information about themselves along the way?
