Kakegurui World Shikamaru is the Student Council President who took an interest in Naruto Uzumaki the new scholarship student who bullies house pets.

Naruto couldn't stay at Konoha. He wanted to be Hokage, but how could he when Akatsuki wanted him dead ? So he left the village, in order to protect them.

Shikamaru is tired of his mom's constant nagging and wants a bit more privacy so he decides to move out. The problem is ninjas don't actually make that much money so he can't afford to get his own place (that isn't a complete dump). Luckily he finds someone not too troublesome to be his roommate. Naruto's just happy to have hot water.
