Laenys Velaryon, youngest daughter to Rhaenys Targaryen and Corlys Velaryon. She's five years younger than Rhaenyra but she follows her around like a puppy whenever her family visits from Driftmark. She's quite close with Laenor and Laena, but since the two are older than her they tend to spend their time with their friends rather than with their little sister.
