the story is set in the crown universe, cause I adore Josh and Emma's chemistry, and their work in this season was simply amazing, so the story takes place during the separation, in the early 90ies, it's also loosely based on the documentary Diana in her own words, there will be flashbacks and lots of dramatic interpretations (strictly set in the crown universe.)

What if scenario. Diana barely survives the infamous car crash that took her life in 1997. Prince Charles had a realization when the accident happened and realized how much he really loves Diana and will do everything for her the second time around, he just needs this one last chance to prove it to her.
