Corbett was living a normal life with his mother, little sister, and his pirate of a father. Even if the villagers around them scorned them because of their pirate heritage, Corbett didn't care. He just wanted to protect his dear little sister that would bring a smile to his face. That all disappeared, like a burning scorch spiraling wildly untamed. His village was being attacked by some reason. His mother getting killed in the process and his sister being taken away from his own grasp. The only thing he earned from the experience was a newly formed scar down his face, from trying to protect his sister. Months later, his father returns, and learns of the news. Going on a great search for his little sister. But to no avail it proved to be a bigger mystery than some of the world ones. After years of yearning for the pirating adventure and his sister, he sets out on his own journey and creates his own crew. And name for himself.

When you think of a pirate as a kid, you would think they have an eyepatch and parrot on their shoulder. So guess my disappointment when I saw no parrot on shoulder but a lot of scars on the eye instead. So put a parrot. A big bright red parrot with a twist. A twist so large, that it'll change the plot a bit. A sixth crew member that acts as the overseer of the crew and protector. She records the adventures and writes down all the battles that transpire before her as she travels with the Strawhats. Read as she matches the Captain in craziness and rowdiness. Two birds of a feather one might say. She'll change your life through one page at a time. - "If I'm going down, I'm bringing somebody down with me..!"
