So, Peter ended in SHIELD's protection where he was trained. The story takes place in different parts ot the MCU story line, but will be a bit different than the regular MCU story line as well. Meaning, NO INFINITY WAR! Also, Peter, MJ, Harley and Ned are slightly aged up, because , why not.
