We live in a world where society will judge you for your looks, status, and your achievements. It's a shitty world, we are blinded because of these material things and because of money. A world where your survival will depend on a piece of paper and your fate to be decided by others. But how does that relate to me when I'm born in a high-ranked family? And coming from a person deemed by others as the perfect little Prince? Sad to say, even though you have everything, it still won't make you happy. And coming from me, I lost someone whom I loved very much because of this messed up society I lived in. After three years, I finally came around to finding the rest of this story!! So here it goes!! After Sonic's noble sacrifice to his friend Shadow, four years later there's a blue comet that crashes to Mobius that's got everyone in a quick race to investigate and take possession of what this comet holds! During a battle with one of Eggman's robots, Rouge gets badly hurt. Knuckles realizes just how much she means to him as he goes to extreme lengths to help her recover.

This story takes place 10 years after the events we all know from the Sonic series. All of Sonic's friends, including Sonic himself, know pain. Sonic knows the pain of failing to save someone. Tails knows what it is like to not meet his own expectations. But no-one knows pain like Shadow does. For years he has held his heartbreak and fear inside himself, but, when he finally starts to break, he needs someone there for him. And guess who steps up to the task? This is just a little side thing where I challenge myself. I'm running a game on a discord server where the members give me a word of their choice and I have to create a quick mini Shadamy story on the spot based on that word. Few times there are several words combined. I have now chosen that these little stories should be shared with more people, as there are some of them that I myself enjoy or like very much. But beware, these little stories are quick rough stories, so there may be typos and grammatical errors as I don't go over them as thoroughly as my other fanfics.
