Thomas recibe un trabajo especial para mostrarle a una nueva locomotora los alrededores de la ilsa. El Llega a los muelles donde se encuentra con Salty justo cuando llega la nueva locomotora llamada Billy. Está ansioso por ir, pero Thomas le dice que tienen que esperar al Inspector Gordo mas conocido comoSir Topham Hatt hasta que le dé su trabajo. Pronto llega el Inspector Gordo y le da a Billy tres trabajos; tomar gallinas del Granjero McColl y llevarlas a los muelles, entregar aceite diesel a la cantera y, por último, entregar carbón al depósito.

Hace poco gracias a la colaboracion de la comunidad consegui hacerle unas mejoras a esta historia pero sin mas mejor pasemos a la sinopsis: Hoy era un dia normal en la isla de sodor... Spencer habia vuelto despues de estar ausente 1 año para hacer su trabajo en la casa de verano de los duques de Boxford... Thomas y Stanley descubren a una locomotora muy antigua y extraña y juntos deberan restaurla antes de que alguien lo quiera enviar a la fundicion.

After Topham decides it's time to retire from Sodor completely. A new controller who is not a fan of steam engines takes control and the looming threat of scrap is not far behind. But the engines won't go down without a fight and work to bring Topham back.
