Mafia: The ancient skeleton word for family. That's what Sans was taught as a boy, there is nothing more important than one's family. But the person who taught him that was killed by his own son. Sans and Papyrus became trapped in an endless loop of death, money, and power. Then you come along. He knows things have to change or he'll lose you and Papyrus. Don Gaster must go down. This, I think, will be an attempt at a slow burn. I'll be expanding the Backstory from the original Feralmafia Short Story.

In a startling post-apocalyptic world, society is divided into two orderly classes. The human race stands on top, untouched by nuclear war in the city of Chicago. Monsters are at the bottom of the food chain, confined to live in run-down apartments, minimum wages hard to come by, the backbone of the work force in Chicago. They often find themselves the victims of senseless violence, dropping by the dozens each day. Tensions rise and anger grows between the two groups, a civil war seems all too likely. And with humans and monsters so scarce after a nuclear war that ravaged the planet, they cannot afford anymore losses. All at once, at the wrong place at the wrong time, a human finds themselves thrown into the midst, and the fate of the planet may rest in their hands.

You were afraid. For the first time in your life, you were truly afraid. You weren't afraid of the never-ending darkness that had now consumed you. You weren't afraid of the monsters underneath your bed. You were afraid of the flowers.

Gone. In a single moment, in the blink of an eye, everything you have ever known or cared for is eradicated. Hopes and dreams, traditions and stories that date back centuries have been erased without thought or care. Nothing matters and no one will ever live again to pass on the memories and stories of what was lost. Except you. You are the anomaly, the glitch that survived when all else could not. When your universe was destroyed, you found yourself stranded, alone, afraid in a white world without end. But there's little time to rest when you discover that your universe was merely a grain of sand on a much bigger ocean. Whole other worlds thrive in different plains of existence, and they're all going to war. In a desperate power-struggle for the upper hand, you find yourself an unlikely ally. The future seems certain, chaos will win and the universe will be plunged forever into violence and bloodshed. And it will take a lot more than a miracle to win.
