After the last few missions that Task Force 141 has been on Simon ' Ghost ' Riley and John ' Soap' McTavish have grown close to one another becoming an inseparable and powerful pair, but unfamiliar feelings have grown between the two, causing them to grow closer but what will it become?

7 months after the tragic accident passed. Ghost is finally recovering from his injuries, glad to see his life saver, friend and love again... Soap. But while he was gone everything changed. Ghost has to make a decision that will change his whole life.

Ghost and Soap have feelings for each other, but Ghost hasn't been able to admit it. He keeps Soap at arm's length, until suddenly he's almost taken from him in combat. Soap hears a confession Ghost didn't think he was awake to hear, and the two sort out their feelings while Ghost takes care of Soap after his injury.

Hi there, I'd like to explain a teensy little thing before you go reading this. after the events of MW2022, Task Force 141 go on a mission near the Eastern border of Belarus. their mission is to investigate a warehouse that had been suspected to be occupied by AQ forces, attempting to smuggle weaponry deeper into London. after TF141 infiltrates the building, the AQ forces catch them, and call for backup. backup soon arrives and the team engages in a massive shootout with nearly 50 men. the team is eventually forced to retreat. this entire escapade leads to the sudden demise of Ghost. or so the task force thought.

Soap is thrown into a whirlwind of confusing emotions when the new guy, ' Ghost ', joins the team, little does he know however Ghost is feeling those same sudden feelings. ( This is a fun little fanfic I'm making because ive finished the MW2 campaign, and i loved the two of them so much, the story may not be exactly accurate but it's just for fun, I'm also writing it because i couldnt find a ghostxsoap fanfic that suited my taste, there wasnt many in the smut department and so I've took it upon myself to write something more to my tastes, i dont honestly mind if people read it, its more for myself than others anyway, but I've decided to share it, so please enjoy :) )

The two had a very soft love, one that wasn't harsh and loud. It was refreshing to see something so innocent in the chaos that was their day to day life. Nobody commented on their relationship, but they all enjoyed seeing the two act like lovestruck teenagers. The softness was a wonderful contrast to their jagged job. Ghost was always cold and distant to those around him, never fully opening up. Soap was someone that struck a distant memory in the British male. Ghost not fully understanding how Soap was achieving this locked away emotion. Not wanting to open up after what happened the last time. With miscommunications and mixed signals, it almost seems hopeless for the two. It only led to the worst mission that Ghost could face. One where it would prove if the other has grown soft or keep on a straight face.
