But while on a mission when he almost dies, he is saved by someone with a very accurate shot. He meets another assasin from a different agency, something he's never knew of before. Of course seeing the skill and attractiveness he can't really just let him go... Quackity works for a different agency that seeks to be better than all the rest, that means more missions and more training, most importantly rich. It takes a very long time to get up in the ranks and he has spent much time there. But when tasked to kill a particular dangerous assasin he realizes he might not be a threat at all, until he gets captured that is.
