So, this is... I think, my first dead dove fic? I'm so excited! I think this subject matter is more suited to AO3 but I'm still posting it to Wattpad too. Anyway, Nico's dad is a cop and also an abusive dick. A lot of things happen as a result.

As you can find evident at any time, Percy blames himself. And he blames himself for a lot. Although a mass amounts of it he can usually move on from. But never Bianca. He can never forget the way Nico looked at him from that first day they met to after that quest and even now. He hates him, everyone knows that. Nico hates Percy and the younger demigods crush on Annabeth never seemed to help. Driven up the wall to insanity, just to find out he was wrong.

Percy is the only one who remembers the dark boy who sat in the corner table during lunch. The only one who noticed he was gone the rest of the school year. The only one who wished he didn't leave. Percy never really talked to Nico di Angelo but he knew what he was like: punk, goth, dark, quiet... and very very hot. He always wanted to talk to him but never muscled up the courage. But when Nico comes back after being gone for two whole years, Percy thinks it's Fate giving him another chance at a friendship and- hopefully- love.

Tartarus has finally taken its toll on the sea god's son. Now that the giant war is over how will the sea green eyed demigod recover from the nightmares caused by Tartarus. Will the daughter of Athena be able to save him or is it another of his friends and admirer to help him out. Specifically a dark eyed, black haired, Half-Italian demigod. First book I hope it's good. I do not own Rick Riordan's characters. This story is a High School AU. Characters might be slightly out of character. Since they are normal people in this story, it will be hard to capture their real personalities. I'll try my best though. Thanks for your understanding. Percy is failing Italian and needs help before he gets kicked off the swim team. Nico's dad surprised him with a vacation to the beach, but Nico needs to learn how to swim before he leaves. (This story was meant to be a happy story with very few drama elements. Overall it's a Percico love story.) *First story, feedback please.*
